COVID 19 Safety Measures
We are limiting capacity to 50% to provide for social distancing, as well as arranging seating to encourage social distancing.
We are proving increased hand sanitizer accessibility at our boarding locations as well as on the boats and buses.
To protect our employees and guests, all guests and employees must have face coverings. Social distancing is not always possible while on a passenger vessel!
To limit personal contact for our crew and customers, we are currently cashless at the ticket book and on board at the bar/snack bar. We are only accepting credit or debit cards at this time.
The vessel is being cleaned between each tour at key touch points with an EPA-approved disinfectant. Staff have been provided with specific training on updated cleaning procedures.
The vessel undergoes a more thorough deep clean and sanitize at the end of its operating day.
All guests will have to sign off on a COVID questionnaire affirming that they have not had symptoms for the past 14 days
Our cleaning practices meet or exceed all CDC guidelines.
